Conflict or Incident?

Conflict, incident or accident with a student:
  1. Administer First Aid and/or use Professional Judgement
  2. Fill out a incident/accident form or a student of concern form.
  3. Communicate to all necessary parties.

Conflict, incident or accident with another Faculty or Staff member:
  1. Speak or email directly with the individual 
  2. If conflict is not resolved, bring the matter to the person who's responsibility it lies with.
  3. If conflict still is not resolved, Head of School will meet with all parities involved at the same time to come to a resolution.
